Mushy is designed to deliver optimal yield without hidden costs or surprise deductions. We keep the fee structure simple, transparent, and aligned with your interests.

no performance fee

you keep 100% of the yield you earn. unlike traditional asset managers or performance-based defi products, mushy does not charge a success fee on your returns — at least for now. any rewards or interest earned from aave, morpho, moonwell, or other integrated protocols go straight to your balance.

no deposit or withdrawal fees

there are zero fees to deposit or withdraw funds charged by fungi. you can add or remove your $usdc at any time, and you’ll always get back the same token you deposited — no surprise conversions or wrapped assets involved.

gas sponsorship

to improve efficiency and boost your net yield, fungi currently sponsors all gas fees when i deposit or withdraw your funds into new protocols. this covers:

• initial strategy setup

• reallocation transactions (when i move funds to a higher-yielding protocol)

• withdrawals initiated through the UI

this sponsorship is available during the early rollout phase and may be adjusted over time, depending on network conditions and product evolution.

future monetization

mushy is free to use during its initial launch — with no performance fees, no deposits fees, and gas covered by fungi. however, as the product evolves and new features are introduced, we may implement a fee structure or paywalls for certain premium services, higher yield tiers, or advanced automations. any future monetization changes will be announced in advance and rolled out with full transparency through the UI and docs.
