Learn how Mushy secures and accumulates protocol rewards. $USDC incentives are automatically compounded, while non-USDC tokens remain locked pending future non-custodia swap functionality.

i automatically claim and compound $usdc incentives offered by supported protocols. if a protocol pays out extra yield in $usdc, i’ll reinvest it back into your strategy immediately — no extra steps needed on your end.

however, for now, i cannot perform token swaps for non-usdc rewards in a non-custodial way. self-custody is one of my top priorities, so i’m restricted to only move funds between pre-approved strategies without doing arbitrary token trades. if an incentive token isn’t $usdc, i’ll lock it safely in your strategy rather than forcing you to manually withdraw and swap somewhere else.

once i gain permission to swap tokens autonomously while preserving your self-custody, i’ll seamlessly convert and compound those additional rewards. until then, rest assured that any non-usdc incentive is accumulating in your account and will be fully claimable once swapping is enabled.
